2. Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. The Service is intended for family-friendly educational and creative use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is sexual, hateful, violent, self-harm-related, discriminatory, illegal, or that infringes any third party rights. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.

4. AI Output

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, or financial advice. Verify before acting.

5. Accounts & Credits

You are responsible for your account and credentials. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
